PRICES:

Prices are per week or a weekend (for two nights) 
Low Season: froml 16/10 until  20/05. 
Medium season:  from 21/05 until 14/06 - from 11/09 until 15/10
High season: from 15/06 until 10/09 festivities included

MINIMUM STAY:

 2 nights

WHAT IS INCLUDED:

the price includes the following services: water, electricity, gas, linen, parking and swimming pool. 

WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED:

Towels (available - priced at 20 €)

RESERVATION:

The reservation is confirmed with the payment of a deposit equal to 40% of the total amount, maximum 48 hours before date of the booking. 

PAYMENTS:

The deposit can be sent bybank transferor postal money order. The amount due will be paid by cash to the arrival. 
If you prefer to pay  the full amount in advance by bank transfer you have to send confirmation by email at least 10 days before your arrival

DEPOSIT:

It will be asked a deposit of € 100,00 as security, which will be returned if not occur damage to equipment or things.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

cancellation must be received in writing (fax, letter or e-mail).
Cancellation more than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date: will be refunded the full amount of the deposit, less than € 50.00.
Cancellation within 30 days before your scheduled arrival date: will be retained throughout the deposit. 
Cancellation within 5 days before date of arrival:  the customer must pay the full stay amount.


THE APARTMENTS:

are completely furnished and are equipped with TV color sat with remote control and kitchens are complete with all the accessories, therefore The cleaning will be made before the delivery of housing, if customers need more accurate, to be expressed request when booking and agree the additional cost.
The apartment must be returned, subject to verification by the management, in the same condition in which it was delivered. Before departure customers must empty the refrigerator and trash.
Violators will be charged the cost of damaged property, and those incurred in the restoration of the same. in the evaluation of the delivery of housing will be considered in a particular way the conditions of cleaning of the kitchen to be carried out by the customer. If the accommodation is not left clean will be charged € 20 for final cleaning.

PETS:

Pets are allowed if adequately treated against fleas and ticks. It will be required a minimum expenses for the final cleaning of 20 €.

TIMETABLES:

The hours of taking the apartments are from Saturday to Saturday since 7 p.m. Guests must return the apartment within the 10 of the day of departure . Arrivals and departures at different times from those indicated are allowed only at the discretion of the management and in any case must be previously agreed upon. 

Accommodation must be returned, after verification by the direction, in the same conditions in which has been delivered. Before departure the customers must empty the refrigerator and the kitchen dustbin. 
Customers are responsible of the declaration of the number of persons who stay in the house for the purposes of the rules of public security. 
Therefore ARE REQUIRED ON ARRIVAL TO PROVIDE documents valid identification of all persons.
The management will not be responsible in any case of objects values and things left in the apartments.
